To delete your account and all its data, please contact us and we will do it within 72 hours. After you’ve deleted your account, all your data will be irreversibly erased from our servers. You will therefore lose all your purchase orders.
Your confidence and loyalty are important to us. All your transactions are protected by cryptography. Your data are securely stored on a secured server developed and maintained by our team of programmers and specialists in data security. Beyond that, all our servers are outside US or European jurisdiction.

As we ship worldwide, we cannot be aware of the laws and regulations for each country. We therefore advise you to verify the legislation of your country. However, in order to respect the discretion to which you are entitled, we send the packages in a very discreet and neutral packaging, which does not in any way reveal the contents of the shipment. On the packaging, you will only find the address you mentioned to us. No indication or image likely to reveal the contents of the package will be present.
After your order, you will be redirected on our payment partner platform, where you can choose to pay by many ways: Bitcoin, Bitcoin by credit card, Zelle, RIA, Western-Union, MoneyGram… All necessary payment details and tutorial will be provided after the checkout page. You can also change payment method anytime. These payments methods ensure the maximum anonymity and discretion on your payments.
After your payment is sent to us, you need to send us the payment details so we can withdraw the money and validate your order. For some payments methods like Bitcoin, there is no need to fill such form and your order will be validated automatically.
The order status « waiting for confirmation » generally indicates that we’re still waiting on a payment that is in transit. The expected waiting time will depend on your payment method.
In the case of payment by Bitcoin, your order is automatically validated in a few minutes, you also receive a payment confirmation email.
For payments made with RIA, Western Union, Zelle or MoneyGram, the delay is usually 24 to 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is done.
If the status remains « waiting for confirmation » after more than 3 days, please contact our customer support, and we will check for you.
Shipping and Delivery
Each package comes out of sterile zone, so there is NO risk of contamination.
Some warehouses and brands can experience slight delays for delivery, but globally COVID-19 doesn’t impact the delivery time or delivery process.
Our packages are extremely discreet, with no external marking about the source or contents, to respect your confidentiality. We’re used to ensuring that no one can recognize or guess the contents.
There is no reason to be concerned about having the product shipped directly to your home under your name.
A tracking number will be provided for each package of your order. The tracking number is usually sent to you by email between 1 to 5 days after your order is shipped from the warehouse.
Please track the shipping of the parcel(s) of your order to be present for the delivery.
Sometime, it takes up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show up and be registered. Please check in few hours on https://www.17track.net/en. If it doesn’t work after more than 24 hours, please contact us.
We have several warehouses located in various place: Asia, South-America, Europe… your order is shipped from the best warehouse for you.
Yes, certain delivery companies require a signature upon delivery. That is a simple and common practice.
Please check your tracking number on https://www.17track.net/en . If the status of your parcel have not change after 1 week, please contact us.
If you don’t have received yet a tracking number 5 days after your order status was marked as “Shipped”, please contact us.
Depending on your order, the products may come from different warehouses and you will receive several parcels. If a product is still missing, please contact our customer service immediately with a photo of your package and products received. We will then proceed to a verification of your sent products.
We may send you a replacement, with a simple photo proof. Please contact our customer service for details.
